Workplace First Aid Training Delivered by Paramedics
Manone Academy’s First Aid at Work course is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those who are appointed to act as a first aider in their workplace. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide first aid in voluntary and community activities. There are no prerequisites for this qualification.
Emergency First Aid
Our Emergency First Aid at Work qualification is designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations.
CPR & AED (Defibrillator)
The Safe USE of an Automated External Defibrillator (QCF) qualification has been designed for those who have a specific interest or may have to provide BLS when dealing with an emergency situation which may involve using an AED.
Paediatric First Aid
The Paediatric First Aid (QCF) qualification has been designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide first aid to children and/or babies.
The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing appropriate first aid training. Over a 3 day period, Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including: assessing an incident, managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, heart attacks, choking, head and spinal injuries, fractures, anaphylaxis and more.
Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of the training. There are no other formal entry requirements but to benefit from the learning we advise that Learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.

- Management of unconscious casualty

- Spinal immobilisation
Paying for your course is simple, choose one of the following options to arrange your payment.
Visit our website and click on the course you’d like to attend and choose the date that is convenient for you. Then click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button and follow the secure payment instructions. Once we receive your booking, we will be in touch with a confirmation and joining instructions.
PAY BY CARD
If you’d like to book a course and pay by credit or debit card, you can call our booking hub and arrange your payment by card over the phone, just call 01513525387. Upon receipt of your payment we will send a confirmation and course joining instructions.
PAY BY BANK TRANSFER
If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer, we will raise an invoice for your course. The invoice contains payment details, upon receipt of full payment we will send a confirmation and course joining instructions.
PAY BY INSTALMENTS
Payment by instalments is available for courses over £600. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking to confirm your place on the course. 25% is payable 7 days prior to the course commencing, and the final 50% is due on completion of the course. (This option is subject to agreement).
EARN WHILST YOU LEARN
If you would like to work for Manone as payment for your course, you can pay back your course fees as a salary deduction. Please note this is subject to successful completion of our recruitment process.
