All clinical applicants are subject to the same screening process, we have robust compliance processes in place that must be completed prior to you commencing any work. We require the following documents to be complete:
- Application Form
- 2 x References (1 personal and 1 professional)
- Original clinical qualifications
- Professional Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Blue Light Driving Qualification (if applicable)
- Immunisation Record
- Mandatory Training Certificates
In addition to our compliance checks we hold selection days every month at our Headquarters. Applicants are invited to attend an interview, clinical assessment and driving assessment as part of the selection process, the selection process is also an opportunity for you to get to know us and find out more about how we work.
Once you have successfully completed the selection process and your compliance checks you are ready to work, you will be issued with uniform and an ID badge and invited to attend an induction and familiarisation session. Once you have started working for us we will work with you to create a structured development plan to ensure progress safely and effectively.
